Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, 1-2 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed between 1 p.m. PST Friday through 11:59 p.m. PST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.

Free shipping valid via USPS on online orders of $175 or more to addresses in the contiguous United States only. Not valid for expedited, international, or return shipments. Offer valid until otherwise announced.

All US orders will be shipped via USPS Mail, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, some exceptions may apply. USPS  Mail delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that there will be an extra delivery fee for orders that must be re-shipped, intercepted, or if the address is changed after the order has been shipped. Customers will be notified prior to being charged any additional fees.

RoM Shoes will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns. RoM will pay to ship the exchange item.

Sale items/ Discounted Shoes/Special Orders

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All discounted sale items are as-is and final purchase. Special Orders are not returnable. Special orders are defined by shoes or sizes that are not in our immediate inventory.  

Please confirm your items are eligible for return (Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange).

  • Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are marked “sale” and/or are marked down from the original price. Any items bought during Sale promotions are Sale shoes and not returnable.
  • Special Orders are not returnable. If the shoe or size is not on our website or in our immediate shop inventory it is a special order.
  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition, in it’s original box or packaging and unworn. Do not tape or attach labels directly to shoe boxes.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.

Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.

In- Store Returns

In-store purchases may be returned for in-store credit or exchanges only within 14 days of purchase. Items must have receipt and original packaging.  Shoes must be in unworn condition.  All SALE, marked down, or shoes purchased during a SALE Event are final sale.
